Day 1:

200 squats (in reps of 50, and in between push up and sit up exercises)
50 criss cross sit ups, 50 side-ups and 50 double leg stretch.
25 down dog push ups, 25 chattaranga push ups and 25 regular push ups.

Explanation of exercises upon request :)
